    Half & half isn't low carb, 10 carbs per cup. One cup of plain Greek yogurt gives you 30 more. You still have the fruit. Nut, coconut, and soy milk all have carbs. Most peeps doing keto keep their net carbs under 20. These definitely don't qualify.

    Definitely needs some fats added in. Maybe use some good quality canned coconut milk or coconut milk yogurt (instead of Greek). But you can work with these ideas to make them fit keto better.

    I know every diet has a purpose however when I look at liquid diets I see inspiration for my 6 mini meals a day. I cannot eat solid food & liquid starwberry, chocolat, and vanilla get so boring after a while you start wondering how much rat poising would it take to end it all!

    How is low carb milk high fat which is the cornerstone of keto? Maybe heavy whipping cream or adding some other form of high fat such as mct, coconut oil or avocado but otherwise don't see how it's keto? With keto the ideal is that a meal is 70-80% fat.

    Save a little by making fresh Greek Yoguart at home, drain the Whey into a pan, next strain whey thru a coffee filer to clear it up. Pour the whey into ice cube trays and bag them in a freezer bag. You can use the whey in place of protein powers, add extra protien to breads, soups, etc. whenerver you need to sneak extra protein pass a picky eater.
